Thus saith the Lord the redeemer of Israel, and his holy One, to him that is despised in soul, to a nation that is abhorred, to a [a]servant of rulers, Kings shall see, and [b]arise, and princes shall worship, because of the Lord, that is faithful: and the holy One of Israel, which hath chosen thee.

That thou mayest say to the [f]prisoners, Go forth; and to them that are in darkness, Show yourselves; they shall feed in the ways, and their [g]pastures shall be in all the tops of the hills.
